Impression: As always our first impression was that they were cute and unique! We feel that all of our products have to meet that test at the very least. We also thought that these unique lumbar pillows looked well-made, soft, yet durable and comfortable.
Reality: We were not at all disappointed! This fun and unique lumbar pillow is really well made. The fabric is soft and plush, just as it looked like in the pictures, and the stitching of the design is solid and not "cheap" looking or scraggly. The color was also true to the pictures, and the zipper and Velcro belt on back is well stitched. The cover also can be detached from the pillow and washed when needed. This is a great product and we are glad to continue selling it.
